LADOM
LADOM
A family assistant in Telegram for shared daily rhythm, free-time windows, tasks, shopping, calendars, and reminders.
What the business needed?
Ladom brings family planning into Telegram, where everyday communication already happens. The bot delivers reminders, while the Mini App presents a shared view of the day: who is busy, when the next common free window starts, which tasks remain, and what needs to be purchased. We designed a mobile-first experience for multiple members, calendar connections, and careful visibility levels, so a shared schedule helps coordination without exposing unnecessary details of personal events.
What we built
Family plans live in separate places
Calendars, chats, notes, and shopping lists quickly drift apart, forcing everyone to rebuild the current picture manually.
Common time matters more than event details
A family needs to know when everyone is free, while private appointment titles should not always be visible to others.
Tasks disappear in conversation
A request in chat does not automatically become an assigned task and is easily lost without a reminder.
Members have different participation levels
A household can include required and optional members, adults and children, connected and not-yet-connected accounts.
Notifications must be timely
Reminders are valuable only when the bot understands household context and avoids becoming another noisy channel.
The Mini App must feel native
The interface needs to fit the mobile viewport, respect Telegram navigation, and remain comfortable for one-handed use.

How the project was built
01
Connected a Telegram bot and Mini App
The bot handles invitations and reminders, while the application provides a fast overview and workspace management.
02
Built a focused Today screen
The nearest common window, member availability, daily events, tasks, and shopping are visible in one place.
03
Calculated the family rhythm
The service compares member availability and highlights the next interval that works for the household.
04
Integrated external calendars
Calendar connections update availability while privacy settings share only the data needed for coordination.
05
Unified tasks, shopping, and members
Shared people and statuses keep requests from getting lost between chat messages and separate lists.
06
Designed progressive onboarding
The first steps connect notifications, invite a close person, and guide the household to its first shared plan.
